We believe in healthcare for everyone, everywhere.
Hoy Health, a veteran- and minority-owned business, is a HIPAA-compliant, practical innovation company that has developed bilingual platforms designed to increase access to healthcare in traditionally underserved communities. These communities are affected by a number of Social Determinants of Health, including:
By eliminating barriers faced by underserved communities, we are able to provide intentional access to healthcare to anyone no matter where they are. By improving health outcomes, we will reduce ethnic disparities in healthcare, combating a systemic problem in a way that will improve the healthcare system and the overall health of society.
We believe in healthcare for everyone, everywhere – through telemedicine, coaching, and empowering patients to manage their conditions. We do that by meeting patients where they are.
The idea of meeting someone in their home carries with it the connotation of creating a safe space, one in which Hoy Health plays the role of an advocate, a partner, a surrogate, and a confidant. On one hand, we act as an ally, a guide, providing encouragement and empowerment so that everyone has the ability to take control of their healthcare.
On another, Hoy Health is rooted in empathy – in the idea that everyone has a right to quality healthcare.
Hoy Health provides medical equipment to patients that they can keep. We do not collect it once the patient passes the 30-day threshold of hospital readmittance, so they can continue to manage their chronic conditions.
Chronic conditions do not come with an expiration date. Neither does the care we provide.
